Sooo, just updating things I mostly forgot to... Here's the preperation work and final product for the Ficto-planet assignment done for painting class; thumbnails, line work, tonal study and then final painting.

I also tweaked the anastasia animation a bit, aded a few in betweens and made her blink and smile at the end because she looked dead just closing her mouth after spazzing at Pooka. WIll be uploaded later.

I Can't Play Right Now Ok... I'm Waiting For A Sign

So it's been an incredibly tough weekend... Animated at home from 10-4 on saturday.... Could'nt bear going in after my kitty passed away... But the next day I had to go in, and luckily pretty much finished my animation. Think I'm going to tweak the meow slightly, and add my name in the background, but otherwise I like it. Was going to have a lot more lipsyncing in it, but after my kitty..... I just don't have the will right now. Hope you guys like it.

Also hoping to get some work done on Buizel on the reading week, so look forward to updates!

Best Cat Ever

About an hour ago, my kitty passed away beside me... She had had a benign tumour in her belly for 4 years now, 4 more years than we thought we'd be blessed to have her by our sides. For the past 3 weeks, she's slowly deteriorated and tonight, I just had the overwhelming feeling that she wouldn't be here to see the sunrise.

13 glorious years with the best cat ever; you'll always be with us Ginger, and we'll never forget you. Love you and that won't change anytime soon <3 Hopefully my two little ones are together now; happy, healthy and no longer in pain.

One Hell Of A Weekend...

Sooooo, interesting weekend. My illustration best buddy Michelle came over because I offered to help her with a huge maquete scene she had due on Monday. We thought it'd only take us friday and maybe a bit of saturday morning, but it took us friday, all day saturday and most of the day sunday just to do the 3 figures. The 2 bigger figures, the gryphon and mock turtle, are each about 6 or 7 inches tall and very intricate and Alice is about 4 inches tall; Michelle had the armatures essentially done and partially covered before friday, so we each sculpted a figure-- she the gryphon and Alice, and me the mock turtle. Took us forever, and by the end we were both ready to kill ourselves, but all of them turned out amazingly and so glad to have helped her otherwise I don't think she would've had the time to finish; some of her classmates had 7 figures to do and I pity them lol

Anywaysssss here are the maserpieces! :3

Llen's Buddy

SO! I randomly decided yesterday to start on a project long in the "I need to do that someday" stage. Finally decided to do it, and I think he turned out pretty good; only my 2nd of 3rd plushie ever created o3o He belongs to a character of mine I've had for years and years; he always carries this little guy around with him, drags him on the ground, or lays him on his head and merrily goes his way.

He's made out of pink and blue fleece, faux fur for tail and mane, and resin casted hand-painted eyes by moi.

Hope you enjoy him!
